- Under bust:Β Wrap the centimeter tape around the body under the chest. Make sure that it lies flat and tight.
- Waist size:Β Stand straight, exhale and wrap the measuring tape around your waist. Make sure that the tape lies straight, fits the body without tightening.
- Hip circumference:Β Lower the tape to the hips, measuring the full part of them. The tape should be horizontal, without twists, fixed so that it does not squeeze the hips.
