Easy Returns & Exchanges

We genuinely want you to adore what you've chosen. Yet, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item:
▫️ Return Window: you have a 14-day period from the date of delivery to initiate your return.
▫️ Product Condition: the returned items should be undamaged, and presented as they were when delivered – with all labels/tags in place. It's essential to ensure they are in their original packaging.
▫️ Beyond 14 Days: we hope it never comes to this, but if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we regret that we cannot process a return, exchange, or refund.

Which items can you return?
Specifics: We welcome the return of bras, corsets, lingerie girdles, robes and pajamas.
Timeframe: Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
Condition: Products should be untouched, in sellable condition, housed in original packaging with all tags unremoved.
In the above cases, the customer must notify us of the reason for the return or exchange and provide a photo of the product within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
The MIS MUR team checks the information provided by the client within 1-3 business days. If the error was on the part of the brand and production, we offer a refund to the client.
What can't be returned?
Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.
Final Sale Products: Items that are marked as final sale.
Damaged or Missing Parts: Items not in their original state or missing components unless it's our mistake.
Affected by External Factors: Products marred by lipstick, deodorant, makeup, or exhibiting smells of perfume, tobacco, or body odor.
Intimate Nature Products: To safeguard the health of our customers and staff, products that come in direct contact with intimate areas or bodily fluids are non-returnable. These items are considered used once they leave our facility. This includes panties, stockings, tights, sheer mesh sets, and bodysuits that have direct contact with intimate zones. However, in cases of defective or damaged goods, returns are accepted.
Custom-made items: Since our collection consists of individually crafted pieces, including lingerie, pajamas, and robes, these items are not eligible for returns.If your order was made in standard sizes and design, it can be exchanged or returned in accordance with our policy. However, if any custom adjustments were made to the size or design, the item is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
In what cases do we accept returns and exchanges?
Incorrect Item Sent: If you received an item different from what you ordered, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one.
Wrong Color: If the item you received is in the wrong color compared to your order, we will process a return or exchange. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and display variations across different devices. These minor differences do not qualify as a defect.
Damaged or Defective Product: If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a refund.
- Proof of Issue – Photos or videos of the incorrect, damaged, or defective item may be required to process your request.

In What Cases Are Returns/Exchanges NOT Possible?
Size or Fit Issues – If the item does not fit as expected or does not look exactly as it does in the product photos. We provide detailed size information on our website to help you make the best choice. If you are unsure about your size, please include your measurements in the “Order Notes” section at checkout. The store is not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer.
Texture or Feel Preference – If the customer is dissatisfied with the way the fabric feels to the touch.
Material Thickness – If the item’s fabric thickness does not meet personal expectations.
Shine of Accessories or Embellishments – If decorative elements appear shinier than expected.
Lack of Material Knowledge – If the customer is unfamiliar with the types of fabrics and materials used in the garment.

Want to Exchange?
We offer exchanges for eligible products, provided that your item qualifies for a return. If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, please follow our return process and specify the desired replacement.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will provide alternative options or issue a refund according to our return policy.
Once we have received the original item and confirmed its suitability for exchange, we will promptly dispatch your chosen replacement item to ensure your complete satisfaction. Your comfort and style are our priorities and we strive to make the exchange process as smooth as possible.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of our valued customers unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. To ensure a smooth and secure return process, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering package insurance. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want your return experience to be as stress-free as possible.
MIS MUR will cover return shipping costs only if the product is defective. In all other cases (such as incorrect size selection, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the color), the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
To avoid unnecessary return expenses, we encourage you to carefully review our size chart before placing your order and provide your measurements in the order notes if needed. Selecting the right size upfront will help ensure a perfect fit and a hassle-free shopping experience.
Return Processing Time
Once your return request has been approved, we will process the refund after receiving the returned item. The item must be sent back in its original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition. To ensure a smooth return process, please provide us with a tracking number and a photo of the shipping receipt so we can monitor the package’s journey and estimate its arrival date.
Upon receiving the returned item, MIS MUR will carefully inspect it, and if everything meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Difference between lace patterns.
Since our pieces are entirely exclusive and handcrafted, the lace patterns used in our lingerie sets are a distinctive design element. If a particular lace pattern is no longer available, MIS MUR reserves the right to replace it with a similar design to maintain the uniqueness and exclusivity of each set while preserving its original aesthetic.
How to initiate a return?
- Start the Process - Contact us.
- Input Details - indicate the order number, the product you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. The best solution for you is an exchange or refund.
- Approval - After your return is greenlit, you'll receive a confirmation email replete with shipping instructions.
- Timely return. Submit your return within 7 days of approval. Failure to do so may result in the return being void and the return request being rejected.
We inspect your returned item as soon as we receive it. If it meets the outlined return and exchange guidelines, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange based on your request. Refunds may take a few days to process, and you will be notified once the transaction is complete.
